Workshop on Carbon-Based Nanocomposites

Cutting-edge technology for multiple uses

November 21, 2018 - 8:30 AM
UFABC - Santo André, SP
Av. dos Estados, 5001 - Building A, room A111

About

The workshop shares current ideas, recent trends and developments on carbon based polymeric nanocomposites. It will be presented and discussed issues related to processing, like e.g. dispersion of nanoparticles, and characterization with respect to multifunctionality, related to strength, thermal and electrical conductivity. To achieve our goals on this crucial material development, the workshop brings together an interdisciplinary group of researchers, PhD students and organizations working in the fields of processing, characterization/testing, chemical modification and modeling/simulation with respect to structural applications.
