Welcome to the 14th CISB Annual Meeting, a programme that aims to connect people, catalyse initiatives and launch opportunities through a broad agenda of events under the framework of the Brazil Sweden Cooperation.
Brazilian and Swedish stakeholders come together with a common goal: to collaborate and co-create.
In 2024, we will bring face-to-face events in Brazil, mainly in Florianopolis, as well as some hybrid and virtual events, in order to include more people in Brazil and Sweden.

Since 2018, CISB in partnership with CNPq and Saab have launched Calls of Innovation that financed a one week program in Sweden (startups or researchers).
In this webinar, you will learn about success cases from the Program and learn more about CISB's Innovation Call 14/2024, which will fund a one-week program for Brazilian startups in Sweden in May 2025.

Since 2012, CISB, CNPq and Saab have had a strategic partnership in the development of international collaboration in the field of scientific and technological research, through the launch of calls for projects and funding of scholarship in Sweden.
In this webinar, you will learn about some successful cases of the Program and get more information about the 10th Joint Call for Projects of this partnership, aimed at researchers interested in sandwich doctorates and post-doctoral fellowships in Sweden.

The SARC BARINet Workshop (SBAW-2024) is jointly organized by the Swedish Aerospace Research Center, SARC, which is a body formed by Swedish universities active in this field, and the Brazilian Aerospace Research Network, BARINet, which is a corresponding Brazilian network of universities.
The SBAW-2024 is an opportunity to bring together active researchers, professors, postgraduate students, and engineers, working in the field of aerospace, to present and discuss new ideas. In this meeting there will be an emphasis on presentations from PhD-students, and active researchers, to build and strengthen networks within the younger generation. This is the fifth edition of the workshop following the success of the first one held in November 2020.

The 7th Workshop on Innovative Engineering for Fluid Power - WIEFP2024 - is a Swedish-Brazilian initiative started in 2012 whose focus is to promote collaboration in the development of technologies, education, innovation management, and methods and tools for hydraulic and pneumatic system development and design.
This workshop aims to bring together industry and academia interested in this evolving multidisciplinary field of fluid power, driver, actuation, and control systems present in almost all industrial and commercial sectors. Furthermore, fluid power technology is strongly linked to other systems such as engines, mechanical structures and control systems. In addition, it is an area of focus for energy efficiency with new system concepts and other technologies entering that market..

CISB launched its Corporate Venture initiative in 2019. The initiative aims to facilitate collaboration and business between startups from Brazil or Sweden and large corporations in both countries.
As part of this initiative, several editions of the online Sweden Brazil Startup Matchday have already been held and delegations of Brazilian startups have already been to Sweden in recent years.
In this webinar, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the initiative, meet some Brazilian startups that participated in the mission to Sweden in September 2024 and learn how to participate in online matchmaking with Swedish startups in 2025.
